paintball

Let this picture do the talking.... what would you guess i've been up to?
1: joining the norwegian army
2: joining a terrorist group
3: spying
and its... none. har har har... this alex, his brother and friend getting ready for a game of paintball in the forest with a few other friends. and even i, and observer, had to wear a mask and a vest so i wouldnt get hit. they crawl all over the forest and shoot each other... its quite a fun game, although i believe its painful to be hit by a paintball.

aaaand thats me... dont ask about my face. i dont know what i was doing there.

On to some nice pictures i took while the guys played paintball... the yellow rose above is not from the forest, but in Molde. took it because i remembered aarthi liked yellow roses..

and this is from the forest, for kas, so she dont feel left out XD haaahaaha.. i quite like this picture though.
this is a bluebell i believe... also found in a field beside the forest.. had to crawl under an electric fence to get there because sheep were kept there... but i only saw 3 sheep though.

lovely sunset in summer..
and this is down by the river, where occasionally you can see salmon and even trout, jumping out of the water to get rid of the parasitic fish on their body. some sort of fish lice. the guy there is a fly fisher, and those repeatedly throw their flies in front of the salmon to annoy it into biting.

lastly, this is alex's brother Raymond (the cool artist) and his friend Stian.. raymond most of his paintball gear, minus the mask and gun. Stian is just hamming up for the cam because he said the hat he was wearing looked gay. he's a nice guy though, he let me shoot him with a paintball XD and it ended up being his most painful shot of the day because the ball didnt burst :P felt abit bad....

in other news, kas kas has reached miami safely... aarthi's life seems to be less chaotic and stabilizing well... i've more or less planned my uni timetable although i havent bid for the subjects.... and i'm just waiting for the letter from nus so i can do some online pre registration. and for those who think i'm gonna miss the other registration, i've scheduled it with nus for the 1st of august. shoo.

okay, thats it for now... i'll take more pictures soon! i've been doing some pretty cool origami for mary and robert's silver wedding decorations.. with just white paper thats too old to use in the office, because coloured paper here costs a little more than a dollar a piece >_> sheesh. i wish i had square paper though.. cutting paper is abit tiresome XD
