A reply to the bintos

nope, i'm not scratched out too bad, the cut doesnt seem to be as deep as i thought. i'd say its the traumatic experience of having cat claw stuck in your face for a few seconds that made things seem a hell lot worse. extremely unpleasant sensation, lets hope no one who reads this ever gets to experience that. its not long scratches. just think puncture holes.

its gone warmer here now, -6. and yes kas, extreme winter sports. good thing there shouldnt be any reason to walk far again for some time, just gotta go grab some xmas gifts for his family today or tmr and we're all set. we actually have some gifts, but tons more is always good. up here people give more than 1 gift in his family XD

i got lazy with my lipbalm, thinking hey, its just a 5-10 minute walk right? i ended up with nicely chapped lips, and after brushing my teeth in the morning, the result was hilarious. i could literally rub a layer off my lip XD

as for the hat, as long as its below zero i think i'll wear one, my tiny ears might just freeze and drop off. plus its the wind that messes my head.

yup, art, its pretty much like sugar right now due to the below zero temperatures. powder snow! very light and fluffy. you can start throwing flour all over your house and tell your mom you just wanted to experience snow. XD

apparently my mom reads my blog too btw, thats great because then i feel abit more compelled to blog more. seems like putting it as the homepage on her internet explorer works wonders. how i found out? my brother told me he had a list of naggings for me first thing in the morning XD waaaahahahaha

maybe next time i'll teach her to use the 'comments' or the tag board XD

I finally went to watch Avatar ...damn i like that movie...the hair of the avatars kinda reminded me of yours *note to self check tina's hair ends for bonding tentacles*.

I have not gotten around to doing any X'mas shopping whatsoever yet...im thinking EBAY !!

Things are pretty much the same in singapore...sometimes i like to open the freezer and stand it front of it and pretend its snowing...other times i like to have snowball fights with vlad by chucking icecubes from my coke at him...somehow he does not find it amusing...i think its cos he is a jewish grinch... yup....yay for X'mas at the equator. XD

Anyways babe, have fun and stay warm and unscratched. may the force be with you.

I just watched Avatar in 3D today, it was pretty awesome wasn't it? But the tanker died (as always, goddamnit :P). If you don't know who I'm talking about, I mean the girl who is the gunship pilot and helps the Navi with Sully. She was in Resident Evil too, and is a bit of a badass (in RE, she got bitten by the zombies and was bleeding all over, and could still kick some zombie ass for the rest of the movie, until she knows she's going to be one and tells her companions to kill her before she turns, which they don't do cause they're pansies and not a badass like her) ANYWAY :P

The snow is probably prettier in Norway than it is in New York now. It was pretty when it freshly snowed and everyone was indoors, and when the city started up in the morning, it was pretty much downhill from there (roads + heavy traffic + snow = icky gray sludge). The snow's been mostly removed from the inner areas like at times square, but everyone can't move their snow out of the city at the same time, so it can get a bit slushy (and not in a tasty way!)

You might like it Aarthi, but it's kind of the thing where you experience it and then you're like, okay, can we have tropical weather back now? Like leaving the house is such a pain :P You have to put on so much clothes, and then when you go indoors anyway (like into a shop), you have to take some of it off, and put it back on etc etc. And walking outside can get pretty nasty too (and there's a lot of walking in New York). It has its good sides and bad sides. And I'm now going to start moisturising religiously. The skin near my ankles is cracking and I never noticed (cause I'm wearing socks most of the time). Oh, and we're in for another snowstorm on christmas eve at Minnesota, but we'll have cars and wouldn't have to walk around in the snow afterwards yay! It's kind of funny how I'm getting a lifetime's worth of nice crunchy powder snow in the places where it typically does not snow every year. The weather knew I was coming!

I think Ebay will take a long time and might not be reliable. Such a bum binto, doing shopping so last minute. I got mine done in Nov bwahaha

Tell your brother to teach her, Tina! It'll be so fun!

Oh, and I finally got around to uploading my pictures (some really nice pictures of Christmas lights around New York as well)
